Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  Contract Manager II  Woodward’s Industrial Segment is seeking a Contract Manager who will be responsible for managing customer contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering agreements. Ideal candidates will have experience with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and services contracts in the industrial and/or power generation industries. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of key legal and contractual terms for long term agreements, MSAs, supply agreements, service agreements,   NDAs, and purchase agreements. Partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues, support compliance, and manage risks. Manage Contract Lifecycle: Oversees all phases of contract management from initiation and execution to renewal and termination, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Mitigate Contractual Risks: Identifies potential risks within contracts and develops strategies to minimize exposure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partners with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective contract negotiations and resolve any contractual issues. Draft and Negotiate Contracts: Prepares, reviews, and negotiates contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
