Job Summary
The Quality Process Analyst/Auditor analyzes and audits work performed against defined processes, reviewing how activities are carried out in operations, documentation, maintenance, facilities, training, and other processes as may be defined. The analyst performs analyses and audits to ensure contract compliance with contract, corporate, and customer requirements and specifications, including all elements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), and prepares for and leads ISO certifications. The analyst participates on teams as a member and/or sub-task leader, working to resolve or assist in the resolution of complex technical issues, problems, or tasks that are generally not well defined, and provides technical assistance and guidance to peers. The role focuses on projects, systems, or processes where external customer interface is required and has input that affects project or program schedules, as well as on processes that enable continuous improvement across multiple tasks or projects. Supported Process Areas The Quality Process Analyst/Auditor performs audits and process analyses across APS-4 functional areas, including but not limited to the following: Operations Documentation Maintenance and Supply Facilities PWS Compliance SOPs and Work Instructions Other processes may be defined, including ISO 9001:2015 QMS elements Roles and Responsibilities Analyze and audit work performed against defined processes; review how activities are performed in operations, documentation, maintenance, facilities, training, and other processes as may be defined. Perform analyses and audits to ensure contract compliance with contract, corporate, and customer requirements and specifications, including all elements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare for and lead ISO certifications. Participate on teams as a member and/or sub-task leader. Work to resolve, or assist in resolving, complex technical issues, problems, or tasks that are generally not well defined. Provide technical assistance and guidance to peers. Focus on projects, systems, or processes where external customer interface is required and that have input affecting project or program schedules. Work under general supervision to resolve routine problems or tasks that are generally well defined but not always repetitive. Focus on processes that enable continuous improvement across multiple tasks or projects, providing experience and familiarization with the quality system. Communicate lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles to all levels, internal and external, technical and non-technical. Comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations, local safety policies, and KBR’s Zero Harm program. Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
(Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. Passport.
