As an intern to the Office of the COO, you will gain exposure to how a global financial services organization operates at scale. Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials Support AI initiatives by researching use cases, documenting opportunities, and helping teams understand where adoption could improve processes or decision-making. Skills you will build Process improvement: Process improvement: understanding workflows, evaluating pain points, and identifying AI-driven or automation-enabled solutions that can improve efficiency.
