We’re seeking a Specialist, Internal Communications to provide content and technical enablement support across iRhythm’s Internal Corporate Communications platforms, tools, and processes. Your work will intersect with team members across the business and align with a defined set of enterprise and Manila-specific channel operations. With room to grow , this role will focus on developing and distributing enterprise content to all iRhythm employees and then bridge it for Manila-based Global Business Services (GBS) audiences as appropriate. You will own some recurring corporate communication technical responsibilities and help drive content execution and logistics. Your day-to-day work will be with the corporate Internal Corporate Communications team, during U.S. hours, while embedded in the GBS office in Manila. What You’ll Do Create, publish, and maintain intranet pages, stories, videos, and other enterprise content, leveraging our internal communication style guide, for internal audiences. Produce and manage enterprise digital signage. Drive internal communications support specific to Manila audiences for our intranet and newsletters, with a focus on engagement via iRhythm’s employee mobile app. Manage enterprise internal communications intake requests and route to appropriate internal communication team members. Use internal communication templates to draft recurring documents for internal communication review. Execute intranet broadcast messages (emails, banners, blocks, pulse surveys) per our team governance. Own the creation and management of enterprise- and GBS-specific live event Outlook calendar invites (All Hands, Virtual GLF, Empower Hour) in collaboration with internal clients and stakeholders. Monitor basic integrations (e.g., user profiles) per the ticketing system and activate responses and workflows for resolution. Fulfill communication analytics and metrics requests as needed. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of progressive experience in internal communications, marketing, digital communications or GBS shared services Solid foundation of working with standard digital communications platforms (SharePoint, intranet/CMS systems, HRIS/IT tools, productivity suites, Canva/brand systems) Demonstrated ability to write clear and creative business content for employee audiences Comfort using GenAI (ChatGPT Enterprise, M365 Copilot ) to accelerate standardized tasks. Hands-on experience with MS Teams administration, Outlook calendars/invites, Word/PPT/Excel , and Smartsheet . Working knowledge of intranet administration (Interact or similar), digital signage , and webinar tooling. Multimedia skills to leverage Canva, Adobe CC, and basic video editing/graphics . Preferred Familiarity with light system integrations (Okta, Workday, intranet profiles and distribution lists) Strong strategic communication, change management, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Initial understanding of content governance
