Position
1: Technical Textiles Expert Educational Qualifications Mandatory: B.Tech in Textile Technology / Bachelors of Fashion Technology from a recognized university/institution M.Tech in Textiles / MBA from a reputed institute Desirable: Specialization in Technical Textiles, Nonwovens, Composites, or Allied Application Areas Industry Experience 03-06 years of overall experience within which minimum 3 years in the Technical Textiles industry Hands-on experience in one or more sub-segments: Meditech, Agrotech , Geotech, Buildtech , Mobiltech , Protech, Indutech , Sportech, Packtech , Hometech , Clothtech , or Oekotech Candidates with prior exposure to government-funded projects, industry bodies, or textile research associations will be preferred Key Competencies Strong domain knowledge of technical textiles manufacturing, applications, and value chain Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment with agility and sensitivity Excellent research, data analysis, report writing, presentation, and communication skills Position 2: Specialty Fibre Expert Educational Qualifications Mandatory: B.Tech in Textile Chemistry / Textile Engineering or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university/institution M.Tech in Fibre Science / Fibre Technology / Polymer Science from a reputed institute Desirable: PhD or M.Phil in Fibre Science, Polymer Engineering, or allied disciplines Certifications or advanced coursework in high-performance or specialty fibre technologies (e.g., carbon fibre , aramid, UHMWPE, biodegradable fibres ) Industry / Research Experience 2 - 3 years of demonstrable
