This role is on a fixed (non rotational) day shift pattern which will be a 12-hour shift (7am – 7pm) every Friday to Sunday and alternate Thursdays, following a repeating 4-on/3-off – 3-on/4-off schedule. Shift Premium: 20% premium Meet the team: Working as a Lab Technician II at Dexcom can be a rewarding role and a gateway to development within the medical devices industry. Our production takes place predominantly in a GMP chemistry laboratory and the role involves executing Dexcom’s manufacturing processes and testing procedures to the highest level of quality and precision. You will also be responsible for the laboratory equipment, including daily calibrations, preventative maintenance, analytical testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of processes involving laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for manufacturing Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitors on one of our shifts (24/7 Operation), ensuring the highest quality product reaches our customers. We are looking to establish a culture of attention to detail, quality and safety with a focus on continuous improvement.
