We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Corporate Actions Manager to join our team. This role is located in Toronto, CA – 4 days in office required . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead and manage the Corporate Actions team by demonstrating expertise in corporate actions processes and ensuring timely and accurate execution of all related activities. Develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance, supporting BNY's commitment to excellence. Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and integrated service delivery, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making, contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives. Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues with professionalism and expertise. Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business. 4-7 years of experience required. 0-1 years of management experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
