Perform setup, installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, and calibration of R&D and engineering laboratory equipment. Monitor tool performance and uptime; diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related equipment issues. Execute equipment repairs, rebuilds, modifications, and upgrades to meet evolving engineering and business requirements. Support laboratory infrastructure readiness, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, records, and inventory within equipment tracking systems. Respond to service requests with appropriate prioritization to meet customer and operational needs. Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and chemical safety requirements. Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and company safety guidelines. Support internal and external audits by ensuring equipment compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness. Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver timely, high‑quality technical solutions. Demonstrate strong customer focus and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance team culture. Utilize approved Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code and other company-approved solutions) to improve productivity, streamline routine tasks, and accelerate work execution. Apply Artificial Intelligence capabilities to support data analysis, problem-solving, content creation, reporting, documentation, and decision-making where appropriate. About Micron Technology, Inc.
