Title: Project Director – Hyperscale Data Center Delivery Location: Hyderabad Position Summary The Project Director –is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of the Hyderabad Data Center. Acting as the client’s senior representative on a single large-scale mission-critical project which party of larger Hyperscale Data Centre Development programme, the Project Director provides leadership across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, integrated systems testing and operational readiness. The role is accountable for project governance, stakeholder management, delivery, schedule, quality, safety and risk management, ensuring the project is delivered in accordance with client objectives and JLL standards. 2. Key Responsibilities – Project Delivery & Management Lead the delivery of Data Center from construction delivery through commissioning and handover. Develop and maintain integrated master schedule, milestones and recovery plans. Risk and opportunity identification and implementation strategy and secalations Assist the client in managing project budgets, forecasts, cash flow and cost controls. Client is responsible for procurement Ensure vendor and subcontractor compliance with project schedule, contractual obligations, governance procedures and change management requirements Lead risk identification, mitigation and escalation processes. Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning, which will include coordinating with client, vendor, designer, JLL end user commisisoning teams. Drive safety, schedule, quality While statutory compliance lies with the client, the Project Director will be required to ensure all activities and documentation is co-ordinated to ensure all necessary statutory approval are available as the per the baseline schedule. Provide executive reporting on schedule, risk and project performance. Project Client & Stakeholder Leadership Serve as the primary senior interface for the project Work with the principal project director/core team and provide effective communication to the client leadership team. Lead project governance meetings, steering committees and executive reviews. Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, vendors, utility providers and authorities. Facilitate timely decision-making and resolution of critical issues. Align technical, operational and commercial stakeholders toward project objectives. Consultant & Contractor Management Coordinate and work with multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams. Coordinate design reviews, technical workshops and constructability and testing and commisisoning reviews,. Manage interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, ICT, security and specialist systems. Monitor contractor performance against safety, quality, schedule and cost targets. Ensure effective communication and accountability across all delivery partners. Leadership & Team Management Lead the on-site PMC delivery team. Drive safety, delivery and quality Mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers, Cost Managers and technical specialists. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and delivery excellence. Ensure adequate resource planning throughout the project lifecycle. 3. Technical Skills & Expertise Data Center Expertise Mission-critical facility delivery and operational readiness. Electrical infrastructure including utility coordination,
