What this job involves The Site Lead supports the ANZ Lead in delivering integrated workplace and facilities operations across the Marsh ANZ portfolio. The role acts as the primary on-site JLL operational lead for assigned locations, ensuring workplace operations are delivered safely, efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with contractual obligations, operational standards, and client expectations. The role is responsible for leading integrated Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) workplace operations, managing service delivery outcomes, coordinating vendors and workplace services, supporting operational governance, and delivering a high-quality workplace experience across both directly managed and coordinated service delivery models. What your day-to-day will look like:
Team
Leadership and Management Lead integrated FOH and BOH workplace operations to deliver consistent, high[1]quality workplace experiences across assigned sites. Provide operational guidance to workplace teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure service consistency, operational efficiency, and adherence to workplace standards. Proactively manage workplace requests, operational issues, service escalations, and business continuity matters to minimise disruption to workplace operations. Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture that promotes accountability, responsiveness, and service excellence. Monitor and support achievement of workplace operational KPIs, service standards, compliance obligations, and customer experience outcomes. Facilities and Vendor Management Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance activities, contractor access, workplace inspections, office services, and smart office initiatives. Manage relationships with landlords, managing agents, vendors, contractors, and service providers to support operational, tenancy, and workplace requirements. Coordinate delivery of Principal and Managing Agent services including workplace operations, catering, pantry services, transport coordination, mailroom, and security support where applicable. Support procurement activities including quotations, purchase orders, invoice processing, accruals, expenditure tracking, and vendor performance management through approved systems. Support vendor performance reviews, contractor compliance activities, and operational service audits to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and workplace standards. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders, occupants, guests, landlords, vendors, and internal teams. Deliver a customer-focused workplace experience through proactive engagement, workplace events, client functions, and occupancy experience initiatives. Support the ANZ Lead with operational governance
