Job Description
Sr. Change Management Analysts supports the delivery and adoption of HR initiatives by executing on people‑centric change plans across processes, technology, and ways of working. This role partners closely with HR leaders, COEs, and delivery teams to assess change impacts, shape adoption plans, and ensure initiatives translate into meaningful colleague outcomes through delivery of a variety of change tactics. This role requires strong experience in change management within moderate complex, people‑focused environments. The successful candidate develops and executes integrated change plans, leads stakeholder and readiness conversations, and provides clear insights on risks, trade‑offs, and adoption progress to inform leadership decisions. Through strong cross‑functional partnerships and disciplined execution, this role ensures HR initiatives are successfully adopted and delivers intended business and colleague experience outcomes. CUSTOMER Lead assigned change management work packages for HR initiatives of moderate complexity, ensuring alignment to overall change strategy and business objectives Assess change impacts and risks across employees, leaders, processes, and technology; provide recommendations to support adoption and achieve business outcomes Engage stakeholders across HR, COEs, and delivery teams to identify and manage change outcomes and dependencies Support the execution of change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities Maintain a strong colleague-centric lens, ensuring impacts to the end-to-end colleague experience are understood and addressed Provide regular updates to sponsors, business leads, and project teams on change progress, risks, and readiness Respond to stakeholder inquiries and escalate issues or risks as required Collaborate with project managers, change management specialists and partners (e.g., communications, L&D, HR technology) to ensure coordinated delivery of change activities SHAREHOLDER Execute change plans and activities that drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realization Contribute to the development and refinement of change strategies based on business needs and initiative complexity Partner with business owners to define and track change adoption metrics and success measures Apply enterprise change frameworks and methodologies, adapting approaches to fit HR initiatives Ensure activities comply with internal governance, risk, and regulatory requirements Conduct analysis to assess effectiveness of change activities and recommend improvements Support development of presentations, communications, and reporting for stakeholders and leadership Identify opportunities to enhance change practices, colleague experience, and delivery efficiency EMPLOYEE / TEAM Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment Share knowledge and support capability building within the change management practice Stay current on change management practices, HR trends, and colleague experience approaches Participate in ongoing development and learning activities Keep
