The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological services to enhance the mission readiness, longevity, and performance of Special Operations Forces (SOF). This role supports resilience, helps prevent and treat behavioral health concerns, contributes to selection and assessment activities, delivers performance enhancement training, and supports the psychological health of service members and their families to optimize readiness and resilience. Candidates residing in or near the following locations are strongly preferred: Camp Lejeune, NC; Coronado, CA; Fort Benning, GA; Fort Bragg, NC; Fort Campbell, KY; Fort Carson, CO; Hurlburt Field, FL; Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA This position is pending upon contract award. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. - Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of psychology-based programs, services, and initiatives. - Develop and enhance assessment methodologies, tools, and processes to support organizational and workforce objectives. - Conduct and interpret individual, team, and/or organizational assessments and provide actionable recommendations. - Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and inform decision-making. - Serve as a subject matter expert in psychology, behavioral science, and human performance. - Lead complex client engagements and influence strategic decisions through evidence-based recommendations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to address complex challenges and achieve project objectives. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and thought leadership to colleagues and clients.
