Director of Sales (Hilton Singapore Orchard)

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Director of Sales leads the hotel's sales team, managing all sales activities to drive performance, managing key hotel client accounts, creating and executing strategic plans to achieve hotel targets, forming new and maintaining existing relationships, and developing talent within the commercial team.

The Director of Sales owns commercial performance across MICE, Corporate Transient, Government & Embassy, and Leisure segments, delivered through the entire sales team.
