Our work reaches billions of people worldwide, and we take pride not only in what we build, but how we build it: grounded in research, evidence, and a deep respect for users.  We are seeking a Principal Product Designer with solid consumer product design, visual design, and storytelling skills to join the Publisher Monetization team within MAI. We are reimagining how publishers and merchants thrive and monetize across human and agent‑driven ecosystems.  As a Principal Product Designer you will bring the technical skills, leadership and passion that will help us to build the next wave of monetization-centered capabilities for publishers and merchants. You can drive the end-to-end process of setting a design vision and delivering the work necessary for innovative zero-to-one products. You have an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being a highly effective communicator. You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move quickly to new methodologies, processes, technologies, and products. The right candidate takes the initiative and enjoys building world-class consumer experiences and products in a fast-paced environment. This is a player/coach role; while you will set vision and direction, you are also a maker who can craft high quality design at all stages of the design process.
