What you'll be doing
Lead the execution of system-level functional characterization of networking ASICs. Focus on functional stress testing to ensure flawless performance and optimal power consumption. Complete and analyze results, correlating performance parameters with parametric data from ATE (production). Evaluate effects of silicon/environmental considerations on key parameters. Build relevant DOEs, write required scripts/functions/envelopes, and debug HW and SW issues. Collaborate with premier design, architecture, and validation teams to develop robust characterization plans, product power management policy, and drive power features to implementation. Partner with multi-functional teams to meet project achievements and drive products to production with high quality. What we need to see A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Confirmed experience of 5+ years in networking ASIC functional validation or characterization. Strong understanding of IC networking power and performance aspects, and proficiency in HW debug techniques and tools. Knowledge in python/C/C++ and experience with writing software for hardware interaction. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead execution teams in a dynamic, high-paced environment. Experience in building AI agents and integrating them in your daily work. Ways to stand out from the crowd Knowledge of IC timing considerations. Knowledge of the effect of voltage/temperature on ASIC functionality. Consistent track record as a technical lead in similar projects. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. Workable knowledge in English.
