Warehouse Supervisor

 Lead warehouse operations with responsibility for safety, inventory accuracy, productivity, space utilization, and continuous improvement. Drive warehouse digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve operational excellence and cost efficiency.         "1. Lead warehouse safety management and ensure compliance with EHS, and warehouse operating standards. 2. Manage daily warehouse operations to achieve targets in safety, inventory accuracy, quality, delivery, and cost. 3. Drive workforce planning, productivity improvement, and employee capability development through training and performance management. 4. Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and location planning to improve space utilization and operational efficiency. 5. Improve material flow and logistics routes to enhance warehouse throughput and supply chain responsiveness. 6. Lead inventory control to improve inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, and cost performance. 7. Drive warehouse continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives through Lean, CIF, and SIO to enhance operational performance 8. Lead warehouse digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives, including intelligent warehouse deployment, WMS/SAP optimization, and data-driven management. 9. Manage warehouse equipment, automation assets, and capital projects to support long-term operational excellence."         Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.     Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, material management, or supply chain management. Candidates with experience in warehouse digitalization, automation, WMS implementation, and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) deployment will be highly preferred.     Skills: 
 "1. Proficient in SAP, MES, and warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory and warehouse operations management. 2. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, material flow, and storage management. 3. Familiar with EHS, EQMS, CIF, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. 4. Experience in warehouse digitalization, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives is preferred."     "1. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. 2. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. 4. Results-oriented with a continuous improvement and digital mindset. 5. Strong project management skills and problem solving, with the ability to effectively coordinate resources across cross-functional teams. 6.
