Leadership • Lead (directly or indirectly) and develop team of analysts, associates, and vice presidents in their support of industry specialists’ purpose of delivering industry specific content and customized solutions to clients and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment of strategic goals  • Fosters a culture of high performing junior talent focused on skill building, career development, and continuous performance improvement, equipping the team to effectively support revenue generating initiatives  Content Leadership • Leads cross-functional efforts to create high quality, multi-format content with input from local teams, collaborating with marketing and other functional partners to ensure broad and effective content distribution  • Manages entire content lifecycle—from ideation to distribution—across all platforms, ensuring availability and accessibility for both internal and external audiences  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess content effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments, ensuring alignment with business goals  Sales & Execution Leadership • Owns industry-focused sales strategies from conception through execution, championing growth across existing and new industry sectors  • Drives industry focused initiatives / programs to boost engagement with partners in capital markets, credit, investment banking, and other bank segments • Partners with sales teammates across regions to promote industry initiatives and solutions, ensuring a consistent and impactful message to stakeholders that drives growth in local markets  • Strengthens the internal and external brand presence for team industries through high-visibility initiatives, including conferences, webinars, and industry events, promoting quality thought leadership and market influence  • Provides support to the Head of Industry Specialty in ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives that drive team effectiveness, revenue growth and team evolution team effectiveness, driving increased revenue and advancing the growth and evolution of the industry team Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
