Partnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complex   requirements   end-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the digital team.   Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex digital initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement   Translate business   objectives   into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide digital design,   development   and testing   Shape requirements for customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs   Define requirements for API-driven integrations between digital channels and back-end services, and review API contracts to confirm alignment with business and user needs   Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutions, challenge scope, and ensure decisions are informed by data, user   insight   and technical feasibility   Support test planning, defect   triage   and UAT coordination for major digital releases   Use digital data and analytics (usage, funnel, conversion, performance) to inform   prioritisation   and measure release impact   Understand and meet the compliance obligations of the role, and raise any risk or compliance concerns to management     What You Will Bring:    • Tertiary qualification in business, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience   • 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong   track record   delivering complex digital initiatives   • Demonstrated   experience leading BA work on digital programs across web and mobile channels   • Working knowledge of digital privacy,   security   and accessibility considerations, and how they shape requirements and design   • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive them to a clear solution   • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders   • Experience working in agile delivery environments alongside product,   design   and engineering teams   • Financial services, wealth,   superannuation   or digital experience is highly desirable   • Proficiency   in Jira,   Confluence   and the Microsoft Office suite       Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.                     Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.     SS&C Technologies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and does not discriminate
