The xECM/OTCM Consultant at Open Text bridges the gap between the technical world of Enterprise Content Management development business processes of our customers. Therefore, a combination of deep technical xECM/OTCM configuration & ECM related development skills, configuration and strong understanding of OpenText ECM and a wide range of equally important “soft” consulting skills such as advanced customer facing skills, customer relationship building, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.

• Implementing OTCM/XECM to meet business requirements

• Understanding OpenText OTCM/XECM, ECM, Brava, Blazon, Archive Server, OTDS, CS WebServices & Rest APIs, System Center and related functionalities & Integrations

• OTCM/XECM configurations, ASM, CRT, Transmittals Consulting experience, i.e. configure/maintain/troubleshoot

• Understanding JAVA, Scripting languages is a plus.

• Testing of extensions and implemented solution including writing use cases, test scripts.

• Communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally.

• Work independently without supervision.

• Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies

• Must be willing to travel within India and globally.

• Must be willing to work for customers in multiple time zones

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science or similar.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in consulting.

• Experience on OpenText ECM – Installations, upgrades, Configurations, OTDS and Developments

• Prior Experience in JAVA, OpenText Content Server, Scripting languages,

• Experience in OTCM/XECM and general document management and archiving concepts related to Document Management is mandatory.

Experience should include at least one OTCM/XECM implementation.
