This role partners closely with regional and global finance teams to deliver high‑quality financial analysis, support treasury and cash visibility activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The position offers meaningful exposure to cross‑border finance operations, senior stakeholders, and strategic initiatives within a leading global MedTech organization.

Lead and deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and variance explanations to support APAC regional performance management.  Support international finance and treasury activities, including regional cash visibility, liquidity analysis, and balance sheet management.  Prepare and review management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations for regional and global stakeholders.  Analyze complex financial datasets related to intercompany activity, capital transactions, and treasury operations, providing actionable insights.  Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements across APAC entities.  Support internal and external audits, including documentation, issue remediation, and stakeholder coordination.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and standardization opportunities across regional finance activities.  Collaborate cross‑functionally with country finance teams, regional leadership, and global finance partners while modeling Johnson & Johnson’s Credo values.

Education  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).  Master’s degree or MBA in Finance or a related discipline (preferred).  Experience and Skills  Required:  Typically 6–8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles.  Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheet management, and analytical techniques.  Experience preparing forecasts, variance analyses, and management reporting.  Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate
