Learn more about Inclusion & Diversity at PVH here . POSTION SUMMARY: Manage the Regional QA team and ensure all shipments meet PVH standard of quality and timely delivery. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES • Responsible to ensure only products that meet PVH standards are shipped. • Make decisions on quality issues raised by the QA manager and advise back on the same, escalate to regional leader/ merchandiser any QA issues which require additional input. • Work with factories on CAP execution and follow up on progress. • Provide technical assistance to vendors wherever applicable in order to achieve PVH quality standard, i.e. line set up, machinery adoption, production methods, work-aid, QC/QA system and ongoing presence. • Monitor factory in line QA process to ensure it meets PVH standard requirements. • Monitor and feedback quality performance information (KPI’s) to QA and Regional management team to create actions plans to improve quality performance. • Monitor and report out on FCQA levels by factory. • Insist on absolute integrity. • Conduct Good Manufacturing Process audits and approvals as required in all of the vendors. • Drive Corrective action plans for vendors quality problems. • Keep eyes and ears open during factory visits for market intelligence i.e. potential problems, new products and customers which may affect factory capabilities/ capacities. • Special projects as required. • Assist in selection and training of new PVH quality staff. • Ensure all QA staff are trained on any new procedures/ requirements as advised by the Global QA leadership. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS Internal Contacts: QA Leadership, Regional QA teams, merchandising teams, Sourcing offices, HR & on shore QA business counterparts External Contacts: Vendors SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct: Quality Assurance Manager & Quality Assurance Auditor. Indirect: Vendor FCQA teams BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES Annual Team Budget and Travel Budget. DECISION MAKING • Make the quality decision on any audits. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education & Experience: Over 10 years technical or manufacturing experience Degree holder in Apparel or Engineering related qualification or Technical or manufacturing experience Skills: • Superior Quality Management knowledge • Strong team management experience • Strong knowledge of international supply chain • Fluency in English in read and write, and have a general awareness of regional culture and language. • Coaching – training and people development, skill improvement • Process Improvement – guiding QA and factories for improvement plan • Analyzing Information – analyze report for QA team and vendor enhancement plan • Strategic Planning – according analyze reports and data to design systematic improvement plan • Dealing with Complexity –
