Your goals and objectives include: Provides supervision of clinical services consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital. Act as a working manager and provides group and individual therapy sessions. Direct team planning, discharge planning, case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services. Oversee day-to-day operations of staff and patient therapy programs.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications and Requirements will include: Masters Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy required Five to eight years’ experience in an inpatient Behavioral Hospital setting. Must have a valid/active clinical license in Utah. Must have a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record. Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention. Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah licensure. Experience working with adolescents preferred 21 years of age or older This position is opened for Aspen Grove BH employees only.
