Program start date: January 2027 About: Tomoh Apprenticeship is Microsoft's program for Emiritization, aiming to accelerate Emiratis employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.   Program overview :  Microsoft Tomoh Apprenticeship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.   Program Details:  The 6 months program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure. Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications. Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.   Phase two : On-the-job training (5 months) Joining as an Solution Area Specialist for on-the-job shadowing and training. Mentorship and coaching sessions. Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects. Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing.

Position Microsoft solutions effectively through market research, industry insight, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.  Learn Microsoft cloud technologies and how they support customer digital transformation journeys.  Identify customer and market needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions.  Support pipeline development and territory planning activities. Contribute to customer engagements and relationship-building opportunities.  Develop technical and commercial knowledge through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.  Work across Microsoft teams and partner ecosystems to support customer success and business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications Emirati National holding UAE Family Book. Fluency in English.  You must be legally authorised to work in UAE to be eligible for this role (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit). Currently pursuing/ completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, or related field.
