Executive Director - Head of Data Management and Engineering

J.P. Morgan Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Marketing is hiring an Executive Director, Head of Data Management & Engineering to lead the teams and capabilities that power our marketing data strategy, scalable analytics, and responsible adoption of AI in a complex global B2B environment.

In this role, you’ll define and execute a multi-year roadmap across marketing measurement, client intelligence, lead generation, campaign and digital analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases, translating business needs into reusable data products and resilient engineering solutions. You will lead teams spanning data engineering/architecture, integration, AI/ML modeling, and data products, and establish the governance and controls needed to operate in a regulated environment. We’re looking for a leader with deep experience in modern data engineering and architecture (e.g., ETL/ELT, APIs, orchestration, cloud/distributed platforms, SQL) and strong stakeholder management.
