Join the Institutional Investment Solutions team and help deliver solutions to endowments, foundations, and retirement plans. Play a key role in business operations, governance, and financial process support across a dynamic organization. Drive operational excellence and control frameworks while collaborating with business and finance teams. As an Analyst in the Institutional Investment Solutions Program Support team, you coordinate operational activities and maintain control frameworks across IIS. You support regulatory requirements and act as a liaison between business and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of critical processes. You contribute to operational excellence, governance, and financial process improvements for the platform.
Job Responsibilities
Support, streamline, and automate the execution of recurring monthly investment data requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and scalability. Own the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of investment advice tools used by institutional retirement advisors, partnering with stakeholders to drive usability and continuous improvement. Produce and enhance investment analytics and reporting for clients, advisors, management, and governance forums, including identifying opportunities to improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency. Create, own, and continuously improve operational controls (including execution, testing/validation, and enhancements) to strengthen accuracy, resiliency, and risk management across investment operations processes. Provide ad-hoc support on strategic projects related to investment operations for the retirement plan Consulting program, contributing to initiatives that improve platform capabilities and operating model effectiveness. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in operational support, program management or financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Process improvement mindset with strong documentation skills.
