The Job: As the Total Trade Solutions Team Leader, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a field employee. You’ll get to: Lead, coach, and develop the Job Total Trade Solutions Specialists team to drive performance, engagement, and growth. Set objectives, monitor results, and provide regular feedback aligned with business goals. Conduct performance reviews, development planning, and capability-building for team members. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-performing talent. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Define team operating models, priorities, and field execution standards to ensure consistent delivery. Oversee site assessments, reporting, solution recommendations, follow-up activities, and resource allocation. Analyze field trends, customer challenges, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, value-driven solutions and support business growth. Drive process standardization, compliance, governance, and scalable improvements across the Job Site Solutions program. In fact, you embrace it. You also have: Polish fluent and English communicative. Prior people management or team leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead field-based or customer-facing teams in a structured and performance-oriented environment. Significant professional experience in technical consulting, field operations, technical sales, operational excellence, construction, industrial environments, or a related discipline.
