Oversee data center build projects as Technical Infrastructure Program Manager. 2. Lead cross-functional and technical teams through conceptual design feasibility, requirements gathering, budgeting, design completion, implementation, testing, and deployment. 3. Exercise judgment and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders without formal authority. 4. Apply analytical talent and technical aptitude to solve complex infrastructure challenges. 5. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones. 6. Manage capital budgets for data center projects. 7. Identify and eliminate non-value-add activities. 8. Design solutions to address project challenges. 9. Remove blockers to maintain project momentum. 10. Find creative ways to accelerate project delivery. 11. Communicate project status, issues, and decisions through written and verbal channels. 12. Navigate ambiguous situations and competing priorities. 13. Apply mechanical and electrical engineering concepts to project decisions 14. Utilize project management tools, methodologies, and techniques across all project lifecycle phases. 15. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risks. 16. Develop reports and track project metrics. 17. Domestic travel up to 35% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
