Facility Foreman Summary The Facility Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more departments within the facility. This position serves as a first-line leader, ensuring employees follow Clean Harbors’ Health & Safety, operational, and compliance standards. The Facility Foreman also provides employee training and guidance, maintains accurate operational records, and supports hands-on facility operations when needed.
