Learn more at li.me . Lime is hiring a Global Operations Analyst to join our Fleet Management team! Reporting to the Fleet Management leader, you will help turn operational data, stakeholder input, and recurring business needs into reliable processes and clear actions across global markets. You will work closely with Local Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional partners to maintain critical operating rhythms, improve visibility, and strengthen how Fleet Management programs scale. This is an opportunity for an organized, analytical operator who enjoys connecting data, people, and process. You will help investigate operational issues, improve reporting quality, coordinate follow-through, and develop practical solutions that enable teams to operate more consistently as the business evolves. This is a remote-first position. Candidates based in London, Paris, Lisbon or a comparable time zone are preferred to support effective collaboration across global teams. The role may require occasional in-person support at Lime offices or warehouses and occasional travel to support business operations.
What You'll Do
Manage Reporting & Operating Rhythms: Own the execution of established recurring reporting and operating rhythms across Fleet Management, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and actionable. Build & Maintain Reporting Tools: Build, maintain, and improve queries, dashboards, and recurring reports using established data sources and templates, making practical improvements and partnering on more complex changes. Investigate Operational Issues: Partner with Local Ops and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve fleet-management issues, including asset decay, operational holds, cross-market shipments, and related execution gaps. Coordinate Fleet Programs: Coordinate operational programs across warehouse transitions, battery operations and training, compliance reporting, battery allocation, fleet availability, and the transition toward 100% EV operations. Drive Operating Cadence & Follow-Through: Run the day-to-day operating cadence for assigned workstreams, including action tracking, status communication, follow-through, and timely escalation of risks or blockers. Identify Process & Data Improvements: Identify data and process gaps, clarify ownership, and partner with relevant teams to improve reporting quality, responsiveness, and operational performance.
About You
Operational Experience: You have 2+ years of experience owning recurring operational work, reporting, coordination, or process execution in a fast-moving environment Data & Reporting Skills: You are comfortable working with operational data and using spreadsheets, dashboards, or similar reporting tools to investigate issues and communicate findings. Communication: You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and can translate complex or incomplete information into practical next steps for different audiences. Organization & Prioritization: You are highly organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through. Process Improvement: You bring a process-improvement mindset: you look for patterns, clarify ownership, and turn one-off work into scalable, repeatable ways of operating. Collaboration & Adaptability: You are collaborative and adaptable, with the judgment to build strong relationships and work effectively across global teams, functions, and time zones.
