Creator Marketing Lead, Latam

Meta is looking for an experienced creator marketer with a passion for building brands with and through creators, and for developing insights-driven strategies that build affinity, adoption, and sustained growth across Latin America. Creators have become one of the most effective ways to reach and persuade every audience Meta serves, and nowhere is that shift further along than in LATAM, where creators are simultaneously a cultural force, a growth engine for advertisers, and one of our most important audiences.

In this role, you will own the LATAM creator marketing agenda across three distinct but interconnected mandates, each with different audiences, competitive dynamics, and levels of maturity: building Meta's standing with creators as the platform where they can grow an audience and build a business; taking Meta's creator solutions to market with advertisers across sales tiers; and shaping creators as a scalable marketing channel that drives both brand and performance outcomes. You will partner closely with product, partnerships, sales, data science, and global marketing teams to turn regional opportunity into measurable business results.

This role requires foundational marketing depth, significant consumer technology experience, and a proven track record of influencing cross-functional partners without direct authority. You must have experience connecting business strategy, product strategy, and creator strategy, and translating insight into briefs that spark high-quality creative work. You must be data fluent, and have the conviction to build new models while delivering measurable impact against clear business outcomes.
