ROLE
SUMMARY As a Biddable Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. You will support in the development of paid media strategies that ladder back to the client’s business and campaign objectives. You will work with your team to ensure best practices are maintained, in addition to continually innovating and exploring new opportunities to grow digital investment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital advertising, performance marketing and data-driven decision-making, looking to drive impactful results in a fast-paced agency environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute biddable media strategies across search and social platforms Manage campaign setup, optimisation and reporting to ensure KPIs are met Oversee budget allocation and bid strategies to maximise return on investment (ROI) Analyse performance data and generate insights to optimise campaigns and improve efficiency Overseeing media activity and ensuring financial excellence Support with regular reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing results and providing recommendations to enhance future opportunities Work closely with creative, account and data teams to ensure campaign effectiveness Help train and mentor junior team members, supporting their workload and the prioritisation of tasks Stay updated on emerging industry trends, platform updates and best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients
