This position is responsible for the daily coordination of train crews, Maintenance of Way, and interchanges, receipts, and deliveries with connecting railroads. Plays a key role in the dissemination of information between internal and external customers.

Responsible for providing leadership and direction for the essential functions of customer service. Coordinates and communicates with all technical support areas of CRANDIC to ensure efficient and accurate information. Responsible for interface with internal and external customers. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements High School Diploma Preferred Experience Previous dispatch and/or customer service experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Demonstrated proficiency using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office products. Previous background working shift positions including nights, weekends and holidays. Demonstrated experience managing and interfacing with internal and external customers.
