Reimagine What’s Possible PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Productivity Enhancement Closely monitor the progress of productivity improvement projects for various business lines in sub-regions. Establish a detailed project progress tracking mechanism that involves regularly gathering project data and communicating with project leaders in each region. Thoroughly explore outstanding practical cases in productivity improvement projects of various business lines in each sub-region. Conduct comprehensive case analyses to summarize successful experiences and key factors. Participate punctually in the Asia productivity meetings every month. Prepare meticulously and represent the China IG Supply Chain to share representative and replicable success cases. Engage in learning and communication with other regions to drive the improvement of Asia Supply Chain productivity. Process Enablement &Standardization Conduct in-depth reviews of the existing work processes of supply chain departments (DT, CE&PG). Through communicating with employees of each department, observing work links on-site, and analyzing historical process documents, fully understand the current process status. Standardize work processes according to business needs and efficiency principles. Clearly define operation specifications, responsible persons, and time nodes for each link to ensure process consistency and stability. Employ process simplification techniques and methods to eliminate unnecessary steps and links. Simultaneously, optimize the information flow within the process to enhance work efficiency. Risk Management &Audit Thoroughly identify compliance risks in the operation of supply chain departments (DT, CE&PG), encompassing but not limited to compliance with laws and regulations, implementation of industry standards, and execution of internal policies. Utilize tools such as risk assessment matrices to determine risk levels. Based on the identified risk points, develop targeted standard work processes. Clearly define risk prevention and control measures as well as emergency response mechanisms to ensure that supply chain operations meet the compliance requirements of Air products. Actively participate in audit work of various business lines, including internal and external audits. Provide professional opinions and data support related to the supply chain during the audit process. Assist auditors in identifying problems and supervise the implementation of corrective measures to ensure the legality and compliance of the work of the supply chain execution team. Digitalization Act as the coordinator between the supply chain department and the IT department as well as other supporting departments. Coordinate resources from all parties to jointly develop digital tools. Establish effective communication and project coordination mechanisms to guarantee the smooth progress of projects. Participate in the demand analysis, design, and testing of digital tools in accordance with the characteristics of supply chain business and digital transformation goals. Ensure that the tools can meet the actual needs of supply chain digital operations. After the digital tools are launched, continuously follow up on their usage effects. Collect user feedback and timely coordinate relevant departments to optimize and improve them to achieve the goals of reducing management difficulty and enhancing work efficiency. Supply
