Product Manager - Support Insights This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Family Definition: Drives product roadmap from cradle to grave working cross functionally with Engineering, Cross BU product management teams and Services Organizations to deliver impactful insights on .the product portfolio pan BU Management Level Definition: As an independent contributor , works independently with moderate supervision, with expertise in working cross functionally with  internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do: Contributes to the development of the end to end and operational roadmap Support Insiights - an application that works across the HPEN portfolio Collates data on customer requirements, target customer segments and business case to bring one or more innovative and disruptive products to market ( Collaborates closely with key stakeholders on one or more product strategy and strategy execution across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit). Drives operational and financial progress against targets across product value chain partners to ensure products can meet performance objectives.   What you need to bring:

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred. 4+ years of work experience in related field. Technical understanding and knowledge of Enterprise networking Experience in either product management or Support organizations - working with customers and internal engineering teams   Knowledge and Skills: Proficient understanding of product development and product management Proficient  in cross functional collaboration and analytics skills, communication skills interacting with various levels of leadership Proficient business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
