Grow with us About this opportunity: We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join our multi-functional Research and Development team and part of a larger Global Organization to developing features across the entire OSS\BSS domain to leading Tier 1 operators around the world. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including: Software design and integration Verification and simulation Tool development Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) support Documentation You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the product by conducting: Requirements analysis System and architectural design Technical discussions with users and external stakeholders We follow Scaled Agile methodologies and value continuous improvement, innovation, and learning as part of our everyday work. What you will do: Develop, implement, integrate, and maintain microservices Be an end-to-end owner of the implemented functionality: from design and implementation through verification and deployment to production support Collaborate with other design teams and other international cross-functional teams Drive improvements by coming up with new insights related to our products and processes Create supporting infrastructure such as monitoring, CI/CD, and test environment The skills you will bring: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field 6+ years with (but not limited too) Java, Spring Boot, Python, Shell, Rest and SQL/NoSQL database 6+ years with cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm 6+ years with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, including Jenkins, Artifactory, and SonarQube Practical experience with generative AI-based LLMs, GENAPI’s, and prompt engineering (e.g. Copilot, Codebuddy) Good analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and in XFNT agile teams Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business domains A collaborative mindset and self-driven attitude with a passion for continuous improvement A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and innovation Understanding of software testing practices, including unit, integration, and functional testing What happens once you apply?
