You will have full ownership over discovery meetings, workflow customization, and client success roadmaps. Working at the intersection of sales, customer support, and global product development, you will play a central role in conveying real-world customer feedback directly back to core engineering teams to influence future software capabilities.   Key Exciting Responsibilities End-to-End Onboarding Execution: Lead full-lifecycle software onboarding and implementation programs for new and existing clients utilizing Tekla Structures (Steel and Concrete configurations). Workflow Discovery & Problem Solving: Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions to analyze client requirements, troubleshoot output customization challenges, and engineer tailored structural detailing workflows. Implementation Collateral & Best Practices: Develop high-grade onboarding materials, system configurations, and best-practice guidelines that empower clients to adopt optimal structural detailing standards. Project Delivery & Client Tracking: Help clients establish realistic deployment milestones, deliver ongoing technical guidance to protect timelines, and meticulously track project deliverables and engagement logs. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Value Advocacy: Serve as the primary onboarding anchor across Sales, Support, and Product Development teams, while actively presenting the value of Professional Services to prospective clients.   Essential Skills & Experience Tekla Structures Deep-Dive Expertise: 4–5 years of direct, hands-on experience using Tekla Structures across Steel and Concrete modules. Domain & Industry Experience: 6–7 years of hands-on structural detailing and design experience with strong domain mastery in structural steel and reinforced concrete workflows.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering. Communication & Engagement: Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional interpersonal skills to command credibility across client C-suites and job-site engineering teams. Independent Execution: Strong diagnostic capability to troubleshoot software issues independently, manage tight schedules, and
