Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: HR Operations Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Prague, Czechia Job Description: We are looking for a new team member to join us as Senior Specialist EMEA HR Data Management. The EMEA Workforce Data Management (WDM) Senior Specialist serves as a regional subject matter expert responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, governance, and execution of workforce data processes across the EMEA region. This role combines operational excellence, advanced Workday expertise, stakeholder partnership, process governance, and continuous improvement leadership to deliver a seamless employee and manager experience. As a trusted advisor and escalation point, the Senior Specialist manages complex workforce data transactions, supports service delivery excellence, coordinates operational priorities, provides guidance to team members, and contributes to strategic HR transformation initiatives. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Experience Center, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused workforce administration services. Workforce Data Operations & Service Delivery (40%) Lead the execution of complex workforce data transactions and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. Manage escalations, non-standard cases, and workforce administration issues while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. Support major business initiatives, including reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, legal entity changes, and other workforce transformation activities. Monitor operational performance, workload, quality, and service metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Subject Matter Expertise & Governance (20%) Serve as a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workforce Data Management processes, Workday functionality, and country-specific workforce administration requirements. Ensure compliance with HR policies, local regulations, data governance standards, and operational controls. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and continuously enhance process documentation, knowledge management, and governance practices. Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation (15%) Drive process optimization, automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives across WDM services. Support the implementation and adoption of new Workday functionality, HR technologies, and digital solutions. Stakeholder Partnership & Project Leadership (15%) Partner with HR, Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Experience Center, and business stakeholders to deliver effective workforce administration solutions. Represent Workforce Data Management in cross-functional initiatives, governance forums, and strategic projects. Provide consultation on workforce data impacts, operational requirements, and process improvements.
