The AV/IT Workplace Ambassador provides on-site audiovisual and technology support to   client’s   employees, ensuring meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and workplace technology function seamlessly. This role is the front-line presence for AV/IT support at an assigned   client   site, working closely with   the Global   AV/IT PM.

Provide white-glove, on-site AV/IT support for   client   employees, visitors, and meetings, including setup, troubleshooting, and training   Ensure all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are AV/IT-ready at the start of each business day   Respond to and resolve AV/IT service requests in   a timely   and professional manner   Demonstrate strong working knowledge of video conferencing services including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and   WebEx   Perform routine and proactive testing to ensure the functionality of equipment before use   Support large-scale events, all-hands meetings, and executive presentations   Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Global AV/IT PM and IT teams   Maintain inventory of AV/IT equipment and consumables; flag replacement and maintenance needs   Collect employee feedback on AV/IT experience and contribute to continuous improvement   Maintain documentation on equipment configurations, known issues, and resolution procedures   Qualifications   3+ years of experience in AV/IT support, audiovisual systems, or workplace technology   Hands-on experience with conferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex) and AV hardware   Strong troubleshooting skills across video, audio, and network-connected systems   Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, employee-facing environment   CTS, AVIXA, Crestron, AMX, or Extron certification preferred   Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience OR High School diploma with 3+ years of related experience   This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 65,000.00 – 72,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
