Email support (M365, Microsoft Exchange)

Roles in this Job Family design, solution, deploy, migrate, manage, and change infrastructure services, End User Services across all related technologies. Including but not limited to servers, storage, mainframe, networks, AD, public clouds, private clouds, datacenter technologies, containers, middleware, DBs, Modern Device Management, Intelligent Collaboration, IT (HW&SW) Asset Management Services, Field Services and Technical Service Desk.   Responsibilities   ·       Ensuring the operational health of the O365 Suite Applications including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. ·       Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivity and mobility. ·       Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings. ·       Develop future strategies for Office 365 products and services ·       Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange policies ·       Administer and support system backup and disaster recovery processes ·       Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses. ·       Update Ticket technical details, document new processes, create guidelines for new solutions, update infrastructure documentation   Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Certificates:   Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate CompTIA Security+   At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
