About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations for our Manawa, WI facility, a leading manufacturer of dry blend products. This role serves as the site's technical and engineering leader, responsible for driving the overall health and performance of plant systems while shaping the site's technical strategy. The Senior Manager, Technical Operations leads the capital planning process, oversees predictive and preventive reliability programs, and develops technical team capabilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations that support business objectives. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Lead the capital management process and 5-year site vision, driving capital efficiency, stewardship, and execution. Execute and support capital and non-capital enabled projects with local and corporate stakeholders. Drive capital efficiency by identifying alternative technical solutions and ways to reduce project implementation costs. Drive site efficiency by identifying opportunities to improve safety, maintenance costs, productivity, equipment life, operating efficiency, and operating costs. Promote and role model a Zero Loss and Zero Breakdown mindset. Create an environment that encourages technical problem-solving, reapplication of best practices, experimentation, and collaboration. Develop technical capabilities and new ways of working to drive site performance. Work closely with the site team to build and execute a master plan that enables improved performance.
