As a member of the TD Direct Investing Product, Strategy & National Office team, you have the opportunity to work with results-oriented, curious, innovative, and adaptable people who share your passion to help our clients , and one another, to succeed.   *Job Description   Reporting to Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Analysis , and working alongside a team of analysts , this role will help drive and support TD Direct Investing's strategic client engagement and acquisition initiatives in analytical, process development, and execution capacities . This role will primarily focus on provid ing data-driven insights and decision support to various business initiatives , acquiring data in support of such work, as well as help in g to develop robust processes and procedures , and executing thereon .   Key accountabilities include:   Perform and leverage DI's client segment ation to create and support targeted organic growth initiatives , client engagement tactics, and business value proposition enhancements   Prepare structured data analyses, often in time-sensitive circumstances, and be able to summarize key insights into a coherent, concise communication suitable for executive consumption.   Collaborate with partners in Data & Analytics teams across Wealth, Marketing, and Phone Channel to understand complex business issues and develop innovative data-driven insights and solutions.   Support the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Analysis in the execution and control of regular reporting, campaign fulfillment, and non-standard pricing processes, ensuring proper documentation.    Contribut e to a culture of continuous improvement (through process improvements, automation, improved documentation, etc.)   *Job Requirements   Knowledge of and familiarity or hands-on experience with self-directed investing platforms   Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau) preferred   Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint, including experience developing business documents and leadership presentations with clear, compelling communications    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely   Who We Are TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
