Job Description
This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of strategic, operational and enablement capabilities to support Global Operations objectives. Key responsibilities include executing on change initiatives which may result in breakthrough cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline. This role is part of the Global Operations, Initiative Management Team. The Process Design Consultant partners with business subject matter experts, Process Owners/Delegates, Change Management to provide / maintain an end to-end view of their processes, analyze impacts and data, challenge current state with a view at optimizing target state, support and highlight developed roadmaps, and contribute to the optimization of the organization through continuous improvement and process reengineering.
