What this opportunity involves: The Workplace Ambassador is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Auckland office environment. Working two days per week, you will provide essential support to create a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities include: Primary Point of Contact Serve as the main point of contact for all JLL workplace-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution of queries from employees, clients, and stakeholders. Vendor & Service Provider Management Manage relationships with vendors and service providers including cleaning, security, maintenance, and office supplies. Monitor performance against service level agreements and ensure quality standards are met. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders. Act as the liaison between JLL teams and building management to ensure excellent service delivery. Residential Property Management Oversee residential property portfolio including landlord liaison, lease administration, and property inspections. Address maintenance requests and coordinate tenant matters. Residential Property Search & Viewing Support Assist with sourcing residential properties for JLL employees. Coordinate property viewings, liaise with real estate agents, and support the selection process. Facilities & Health & Safety Coordinate facilities maintenance requests and workplace services. Support health and safety compliance including emergency procedures and workplace inspections. Workplace Experience Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and maintain a positive workplace culture. Sound like you?
