Job Function: Technology Product & Platform Management Job Sub Function: Technical Product Management Job Category: Scientific/Technology All Job Posting Locations: Anasco, Puerto Rico, United States of America Job Description: As part of the Business IT Team, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, focusing on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing and implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand the current state, collect and document business needs and objectives. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements. Data Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. This analysis helps in formulating actionable insights that drive decision-making. Solution Development: Propose and develop solutions that align with organizational goals. This includes creating functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals to support implementation. Facilitating Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between non-technical and technical teams. Project Management: With the team’s support, organize and manage resources to achieve the goals within the defined scope, plan, and budget; meeting the desired objectives and delivering value to stakeholders. Project Documentation: Developing comprehensive project documentation throughout the application / project lifecycle, including business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, interfaces and status reports is essential for ensuring alignment among all project participants. Testing and Validation: Involved in overseeing testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. They may also facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions function as intended. Direct Support, Coaching and Training: Regarding the change network (Super Users, Key Users) guarantee that learning curves are well addressed. Assess Adoption and Proficiency of Changes Within the Organization: In compliance with the applications change management approach and methodology. Monitoring and Reporting: After implementation, monitor the performance of solutions and report on their effectiveness, adjusting as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelors degree is required. Experience and Skills: Required: Up to 3 years of relevant technical experience. Experience supporting SAP applications preferred. Experience with MES platforms and integrations is preferred. Experience working around a supply chain and/or manufacturing environment. Fluent in English (written / spoken)- Bilingual required.
