This Associate, Business Analytics - Financial Services position is a Consultant level position within Nationwide's job hierarchy. The role will provide critical technical support as part of the Business Consulting division within Nationwide Financial.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated workflows and reporting solutions using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Power Automate, and CoPilot. Analyze financial data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization. Additional qualifications preferred: Proven experience in financial operations, particularly in mutual fund operations and treasury services. Expertise in automation and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Power Automate, and CoPilot. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and applying new technology to meet business needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. This role does not qualify for employer sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program. It is our intention to fill this role in Columbus, OH. The hired associate must reside within 35 miles of One Nationwide Plaza, Columbus OH, 43215. This position will be hired on a SuccessFlex basis. Key Responsibilities: Partners with senior leaders to transform their businesses through the strategic application of people, processes and technology. Participates in the planning process by identifying complexities, dependencies and duplications. Demonstrates expertise in leading business process analysis/design, organizational analysis, needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align solutions with business strategies and direction.
