Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role Manage and lead global cross-functional product development teams within a matrix organization. Plan, organize, drive, and oversee end-to-end project execution. Ensure successful delivery of strategic project objectives, including scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets. Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues before they impact project outcomes. Prepare and present accurate, high-level project status updates to executive leadership. Understand technical challenges and risks, ensuring informed decisions and appropriate trade-offs are made. Monitor project progress and drive adherence to established business processes and governance standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution of project deliverables.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 8+ years in project/program management, preferably within semiconductor, embedded systems, or software development environments. Lead new product development projects from initiation through production, driving the delivery of next-generation IoT software and silicon solutions. Manage large, globally distributed cross-functional teams within a matrix organization to ensure effective collaboration and execution. Leverage expertise in microcontrollers, wireless embedded systems, silicon, and software development to guide project decisions and execution. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Monitor, track, and communicate overall project health using key performance metrics and status reports. Provide regular project updates and actionable insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact. Drive informed decision-making by understanding technical challenges and balancing priorities, resources, and trade-offs.
