Sales Excellence Mgr - BBBEE Internship

About the Programme   The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional and technical skills, and receive mentorship while working on meaningful projects. Support sales and business planning activities through data analysis, reporting, and performance insights. Analyze business trends, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key sales metrics to identify opportunities and risks. Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready presentations. Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, and operations stakeholders to improve business processes and operational effectiveness. Assist with rhythm-of-business activities, including business reviews, planning cycles, and leadership reporting. Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision-making. Contribute recommendations that help increase productivity, drive business growth, and improve customer outcomes.

Programme Eligibility: Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme. Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.  Fluency in English.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
