Why Join Us | DuPont Careers The Change Management Specialist leads and drives product-related changes for the MOLYKOTE® Specialty Lubricants business, with ownership of product and material master data setup, maintenance, and updates in business systems such as SAP. This includes new product creation, material changes, product information updates, and related documentation needed to enable accurate system setup and successful commercialization. The position partners with project leaders and cross-functional teams such as R&D, Operations, Product Stewardship, Quality, Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to support efficient commercialization, launch readiness, and portfolio visibility. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams and regions. They should have strong communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex details while keeping business priorities and timelines in focus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new product creation and material change activities through the CMT (Change Management Tool) process, prioritizing tasks across business functions to enable commercialization and successful product launch. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for the CMT process, including product and material data setup. Ensure required documentation is complete and properly tracked before initiating CMT activities; proactively identify risks early and establish mitigation plans to avoid process delays. Design practical SAP and CMT training guides in collaboration with cross-functional partners, and provide training to engaged functions. Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance. Develop tracking systems and KPIs to improve CMT process transparency, and report progress, risks, and cycle-time improvement opportunities to stakeholders. Partner with Finance to ensure appropriate costs are analyzed, assessed, and tracked for new product launches to support profitability. Partner with Composition specialists to ensure correct setup of new and existing materials and maintain an up-to-date workbook or reference source. Participate in relevant governance processes, including NPCF (New Product Commercialization Framework) and PCM (Product Change Management), to ensure alignment and timely task completion. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical engineering with experience in Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with SAP is required; experience in Power BI is a plus. 3+ years of proven experience in product line management, project management, change management, or a related role. Experience working with chemical products and formulations is a plus. Proven ability to work across global teams and managing complex projects, building and maintaining strong relationships with Business leaders and partners. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at all organizational levels. Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated capability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and influence management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Pragmatic solution-oriented approach with a focus on business needs and timelines while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
