Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on experience across different areas of Human Resources and be part of projects that directly impact our people and culture.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Support the recruitment and selection process, from coordination to candidate follow-up. Help organize and coordinate training programs and onboarding experiences. Contribute to internal communications and HR initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and prepare documentation for new hires, terminations, and employee movements. Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation. Create and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring the process is completed through payment. Support vendor setup and administration. Get involved in the coordination of HR events and employee activities.

Currently studying Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, ideally in your 5th semester or beyond. Availability to complete an internship for at least 1 year. Previous experience in HR or people-related activities is a plus (ideally 6+ months). Advanced English, both written and spoken. Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills. A proactive, organized, and curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn and take ownership.
