Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at www.wellsfargojobs.com Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation In this role, you will: Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature Receive, log, batch, and distribute work File, photocopy, and answer phones Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Work under close supervision following established procedures Required Qualifications: 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6 months of experience with cash handling and/or cash vault operations, including knowledge of processes, controls, and compliance requirements Proficient in 10-key numerical data entry with speed and precision Hands-on experience processing cash transactions and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently Working knowledge of cash sorting machines, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and gather relevant information High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and financial handling Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on information from documents and reports Demonstrated ability to meet high production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, meet deadlines, and achieve goals under pressure Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision Demonstrated experience in high-volume, deadline-driven operational settings requiring consistency and reliability Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools to locate information efficiently Job Expectations: Schedule: Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am - 1:30pm or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)  Training: You will be receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
